We offer a discount when you purchase multiple prints. Buy one print and get another print at a 25% discount.

We print on premium archival smooth matte Fine Art Paper. This medium-weight paper supports accurate color reproduction and produces high quality output. It is far thicker than the typical poster paper that most online map vendors use. 

We use vivid, archival inks. Our prints and maps are carefully hand-rolled in tissue paper, kraft paper or plastic sleeves and mailed in heavy-duty boxes or tubes 

What shipping carriers do you use and when can I expect delivery of my order?

Delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time. 

Processing Time: Print orders are usually processed within 4 to 7 business days. It may be a few days longer during certain times of the year.

Shipping Time: Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method and the destination, see below:

U.S. Orders

Our Free shipping orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. It usually takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location, However, it may take more time. 

Expedited shipping options use USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Fedex. It usually takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the service selected.

International Orders

• We use USPS, UPS and Fedex for international orders. Unfortunately USPS does not provide tracking details.
• Shipping time: 7 to 25 business days (often longer depending on the country).
• PLEASE NOTE: International orders may take longer based on local country conditions.
• There may a customs fee or value-added tax due when your order arrives at your location.

 

Is there any sales tax or value-added tax?

If you ship the prints to a location in Massachusetts then a 6.25% sales tax is added to the total amount of your order.

If you ship to an international destination there may a customs fee or VAT due when your order arrives at your location.

 

What happens if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all prints. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know by sending us an email at care@historyshots.com. Please send back the print(s) to us in the original tube if possible to the address below. We will refund your account or replace the print(s) as soon as the return is received.
